UNNC Sport’s Personal Training (PT) program offers fantastic one-on-one exercise guidance that is specifically designed to develop permanent and positive changes to your health, your level of physical fitness and your overall wellbeing. Following your initial consultation, discussion and body composition analysis, your progress will be carefully tracked over the course of your training program to ensure you are going in the right direction to meet your ultimate fitness goals. Our Personal Trainers are internationally qualified and will develop a specific workout plan for your individual needs, whilst guiding and motivating you all the way until you reach your goals.

 10 PT Sessions + Fitness assessment 2,700 RMB

Timings and frequency to be arranged with your trainer and dependent on availability.
