UNNC Estates Office as responsible for providing, maintaining and developing a high quality environment in a professional, efficient, cost effective and people-focused manner to enable the University to meet its aims today and in the future.
Comprising of four teams, Estates Office is responsible for space management, facilities and operation, construction/landscape development and maintenance and construction compliance. It is a group of professionals who are self-motivated, committed and creative, with having an extensive experience in management, architecture, engineering and customer services.
