About Estates Office
Guided by the University of Nottingham Strategy and UNNC’s Campus Development Plan (CDP), and Estates Office has developed an Estates 5-year Maintenance and Development Plan (EMDP) which has been approved by UNNC Management Board. The following four objectives have been identified for Estates Office to implement UNNC’s Campus Development Plan and achieve its targets.
1. Deliver prospective and forward looking implementation and estates development plan;
2. Deliver a long term investment strategy for all the campus construction buildings and greenery areas;
3. Enhance teaching, research and the student experience, by offering inspirational space for individual and group use;
4. Maintain environmental sustainability through the creation of a green campus.
