Postgraduate Research
The School of Education and English provides a very supportive postgraduate environment for curious mind. The postgraduate students’ research is also wide ranging, exploring such topics as feminist translation equivalence and norms, translating feminism in the digital age, feminist queer translation in China, corpus-based translational stylistics and translator style, museum narratives, museum text translation, equivalence of Sino-US consecutive interpreting in diplomatic setting, (re) framing narratives through news discourse and translation, and students’ perceptions on mobile translation for language development.
