The Jesuits in China. Encounter, Friendship and Inculturation

In November 2023, Dr James Fujitani and Dr Matteo Salonia organised a conference on 'The Jesuits in China', which brought together Chinese and international scholars interested in the encounter East-West and in the history of Global Christianity. Papers discussed a variety of themes, focusing on the genuine human relationships that were occasioned by this encounter. The conference included a visit to the new Ningbo Jiangbei church museum.
