The Library offers Retrieval Certificate Services to registered UNNC researchers. Each researcher is entitled to submit up to five requests free of charge within a single academic year. Certificates will be issued based on information from reputable databases, including Web of Science, EI, Scopus, and CNKI, along with relevant metrics such as JCR journal impact factors and journal quartiles. Please submit through the Retrieval Certificate Service Request Form online and the librarian will contact you for further details afterwards.

Notice:

1. Accuracy: Applicants shall fill the Retrieval Certificate Service Request Form with all facts accurately.

2.  Timeliness of Database Inclusion: Publication information is based on real - time inclusion in the database. Documents that have not been included yet (such as those published online or only having received inclusion notifications) cannot be listed in the report.

3. Limit of Single Application: Each request is limited to one database, with a maximum of five articles. Separate requests should be submitted for more articles.

4. Confirmation and Review Process: After a request is submitted, the applicant will be contacted to confirm the details. After confirmation, an electronic draft will be sent to the applicant for review within five working days. No changes can be made after confirmation.

5. Special Evaluation Requirements: For retrieval certifications required for national and provincial - level evaluations, please consult authorized university workstations under the Ministry of Education (such as Ningbo University Library and Zhejiang University Library) to process your request.
