We welcome recommendations for acquisition of books, journals and e-resources that you think the Library should have. Make sure that we don't already have the item by searching for it in NUsearch. Please refer to the Collection Development Guideline before submitting your recommendations.

Request periodicals
Each October, the Library publishes information regarding Periodicals Subscription for the upcoming year on the Staff Portal. The Periodicals Subscription service is currently available to academic staff.

Making a donation to the Library
The Library welcomes gifts and donation of materials that significantly enhance the strengths of existing collections and support the teaching and research programs, present and anticipated, of the University.
We are happy to receive inquiries about the donations of library materials but cannot accept everything. We will not usually accept:
- Textbooks
- Periodicals/magazines/newspapers
- Titles already owned by the Libraries
- Very thin books (thickness of the book is less than 3mm) for younger children
- Materials in poor condition
If you would like to donate materials to the Library, please complete the donation form before sending or bringing them to the Library.
