Programme Description
The School of Economics UNNC is running a Summer School in Mathematical Economics and Financial Econometrics. The summer school is particularly useful for students in Economics, Finance and other related disciplines who are interested in further study or career development in economics or finance-related fields.
The course content builds upon the curriculum of economics, finance and other related disciplines at UNNC, and is intended to supplement the programmes offered during term time. A unique feature is that western and Chinese academic staff at UNNC teach all programmes face to face in English.
After the summer school, students are expected to have a thorough understanding of, and be better equipped with mathematic and econometric skills widely used in economics and finance. Students from other universities will also experience UNNC’s unique, international teaching style, which will help their applications for economics and finance-related Master/PhD programmes.
