The Institute of Asia and Pacific Studies (IAPS) China, together with the Asia Research Institute Malaysia, aims to promote cross-campus and interdisciplinary research collaboration, build world class networks with global researchers and encourage innovative teaching and resource development for both local and international user groups. The Institute prioritizes the University of Nottingham’s strategic goal to improve sustainability on campus and beyond, in keeping with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Our diverse members all address the key issues of furthering good health and wellbeing, Reducing Inequality, developing sustainable cities and communities and more, so furthering research and knowledge exchange in this area across the region.
