About Global Youth Business Leaders Programme
Global Youth Business Leaders Programme is an immersive business practicum designed for high school students aged 15-18 with outstanding potential and innovative spirit. During the two-week intensive programme, participants will engage in hands-on business simulations including startup ventures, marketing challenges, and investment decision-making, while systematically learning core business concepts such as market analysis, product development, and financial planning.
The programme employs cutting-edge experiential learning methodologies, integrating design thinking workshops and real-world case studies to cultivate participants' innovative mindset, collaborative skills, and problem-solving capabilities. Through this transformative experience, young leaders will develop a comprehensive understanding of business operations while gaining practical skills for future success.

The programme is designed with reference to IBDP and A-Level curriculum standards, including 80% of the core modules in IBDP Business Management SL and 65% of HL content, while integrating key concepts from A-Level Business. Key business concepts and modules are covered, such as market research, strategic planning, and resource management, while bridging theory and practice through real-world cases.

2. Real Venture Opportunities
Outstanding students may be considered for the evaluation process of entrepreneurial incubation and, based on results, could apply for resources offered by the UNNC Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubator, such as seed funding, mentorship, and access to industry networks.
- Pre-Camp Prep (June 1 - August 2, 2025)
Students will complete online pre-course designed to build foundational knowledge in entrepreneurship and introduce initial challenges.
2. On-Campus Programme (7 days. with participation spanning 3 years)
The On-Campus Programme is the core of the three-year development plan, requiring students to participate in three consecutive summers. Each year focuses on a different theme—Innovation, Strategy & Execution, and Implementation—gradually advancing students’ skills and preparing them for real-world entrepreneurial success.
Each year, the top 30% of teams will receive scholarships to participate in the next year’s Summer School Programme, along with unique opportunities to act as senior mentors or judges, gaining leadership experience. They will also be invited to attend public lectures and workshops at UNNC and enjoy exclusive advanced modules and premium content during the Programme.
3. Incubation and Advancement
Students completing the three-year programme will achieve comprehensive growth in innovative thinking and business skills, with the potential to explore higher-level entrepreneurial support or educational resources.

2. Incubator Visits
Students will visit the UNNC Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubator to learn about real startup operations and innovation practices. Engage directly with industry leaders for exclusive guidance on business strategy, product development, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Emergency Response Mechanism: The Programme is equipped with professional emergency coordinators, working with UNNC's Safety Office (SSO) to promptly address health issues, emergencies, and extreme weather.
Full-Time Supervision: Students are accompanied by staff and interns throughout the Programme, with a “Four-Point Check” safety system (departure, en route, arrival, and return).
Q2: What are the accommodation arrangements?
Students stay in campus dormitories at UNNC, with 4-person suites (1 person per room) featuring private bathrooms and air conditioning for a comfortable stay.
Dormitories are monitored daily by residential staff, ensuring safety and discipline, with 24/7 support available.
Q3: What is the academic intensity of the Programme?
The Programme includes 6-8 hours of daily coursework and activities, such as business simulations, market research, and team projects, balancing theory and practice.

Q4: What support is provided for teams that do not advance?
All students who complete the program will receive an official program completion certificate provided by the University of Nottingham Ningbo China.
