    The School of International Studies hosted author talk and discussion with Professor Duncan Bell (Cambridge)

On 11 March 2022, the School of International Studies in collaboration with the Library hosted the first author talk in the series “A Wealth of Ideas from Princeton” together with Princeton University Press. Professor Duncan Bell from the University of Cambridge presented on “The Anglian Empire in Utopia and Reality: Liberalism, Colonialism and Victorian Britain.” Dr. Christian Mueller from the School of International Studies commented on Duncan Bell’s talk and work. Among the other discussants online were academics from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Fudan University. The session was organised in a hybrid form, with many students and staff in attendance on zoom and in the Library lecture room.
