The Hub services are categorized into five different themes and you may refer to the stand guidance besides your service machine in the entrance. Before you receive the service, please ensure you have already printed a queue ticket with concrete ticket number and service category from the ticket machine.
When it is your turn to receive the service, your ticket number will be called and shown on both screens in The Hub. Your service counter number will also be announced and presented on the screens to guide you to move to the correct service counter.
When your service completes, please feel free to provide your rating of the service you received on the Survey Unit on the counter.
