University Version of Record - University of Nottingham Ningbo China

The Library supports Open Scholarship through books, journals and the University. The University of Record has key features.

The CC-BY: Creative Commons Attribution Licence is the default for reuse. Authors can specify a different licence by informing Library staff by email.
The Library deposits the paper provided by the author using the non-exclusive Global University Publications Licence for rights retention.
Library staff create a title page, including:
- title of publication;
- author(s) of publication;
- and the University of Nottingham logo.
Library staff create a reverse title page, including:
- affiliation information, including "University of Nottingham Ningbo China" and the Faculty or School;
- the licence for reuse;
- the licence for retention (Global University Publications Licence 2.0).
The library will work with authors to ensure the best possible version of the publication is available, including pagination. If publications are reviewed and corrected for accuracy and readability, a revised version can be made available as the University Version of Record.
