Training Objectives:

• Expand international horizons, comparing Chinese and Western to enhance understanding of leadership
• Share the student-centered international education experience of the University of Nottingham Ningbo China, and provide innovative and international teaching new ideas
• Both parties will have extensive and constructive discussions on the internationalization of higher education, and jointly explore the local practice model of the internationalization of higher education

Teaching Concept:

Strong interaction and teamwork are our core teaching concepts. Therefore, participants need to prepare to communicate and cooperate with professors and other participants in class. This is completely different from passively listening to the professor in the classroom. Students need to be fully prepared before class and actively participate in class activities. We will use a variety of highly interactive teaching methods, with particular emphasis on the application of case analysis and teamwork. Professors will explain to the participants the actual problems that are happening/past and guide the students to solve these problems.
