The Hub has rolled out a new service of self-service system for Transcript and Standard Letter, which provides a more convenient, timesaving and simpler way of applying for Transcript and Standard Letter:
- You can get Transcript or Standard Letter by yourself on self-service machines.
- One self-service machine is located in PB lobby (near lift) and available during 8:00-21:00, Monday - Sunday.
- The other one is located inside The Hub close to the entrance near Starbucks, available during The Hub's service hours.
- You can get your Transcript or Standard Letter instantly, no more waiting for 2 or 3 working days.
- All applications of Transcript or Standard Letter via self-service system are free at present.

For graduates before year 2020, leaver or application of special letter, please still apply at Counter 12 of The Hub (Academic Services) or apply via email aso@nottingham.edu.cn, the procedure remains unchanged:
- Wait for 3 working days to get the requested document (Rush service: 2 working days with cost of 100RMB)
- 20RMB for each Transcript or Standard Letter, 50RMB for each Special Letter
