Established in 2018, NottinGreen aims to raise environmental awareness on campus through spreading knowledge and promoting action. The members of the society include students, teachers and admin staff who are all passionate in making positive environmental change. NottinGreen pushes for sustainability initiative in UNNC.
Activities in NottinGreen is focused on 3Es, which are environment, ecology and efficiency. Three paths are outlined for promoting environmental protection.
NottinGreen is a project-based society aiming for a flat structure, it has Head Office, responsible for administrate work, which includes e-mail management, classroom reservation, team development planning, external relationship and financial management; Promotion Studio, responsible for promotional work and Project Teams, including Ecology Project Team, Garbage Sorting Project Team, Report Project Team and etc..
