As the organisers of the International Conference on Engineering Vibration (ICoEV) 2026, we are delighted to extend a warm welcome and invitation to join us at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC), from 15 to 18 October 2026. The conference was founded by Prof. Marian Wiercigroch at the University of Aberdeen, UK. Previous ICoEV events (www.icoev.org) were held successfully in Aberdeen, UK (held online) in 2020; Sofia, Bulgaria, in 2017; Ljubljana, Slovenia, in 2015; and Lisbon, Portugal, in 2013. This conference aims to foster knowledge exchange and stimulate advancements within the global engineering vibration community.
Ningbo, a vibrant and dynamic city, provides an ideal setting for this gathering of leading academics, researchers, and industry professionals. The conference will cover a comprehensive range of topics, including nonlinear dynamics, random vibrations, dynamics of rotating systems, structural health monitoring, vibration control and isolation, experimental techniques, energy harvesting, and other emerging vibration themes. We are also excited to host many mini-symposia addressing specialized problems.
We eagerly await your valuable contributions through plenary lectures, invited lectures, and oral or poster presentations. Full papers will be published in Springer Proceedings and selected papers will be invited for publication in special issues of top-tier peer-reviewed journals. We look forward to welcoming you to UNNC for an enriching and collaborative experience.
