Innovative teaching and learning spaces
The Library is home to several innovate learning spaces that can be booked by staff and students to run designated collaborative and active learning activities, workshops or events.
Wonder Lab
This space has been designed for active and collaborative learning activities such as student group presentations, different kinds of group work, breakout discussions, engaging and hands-on workshops. The table height can be adjusted for more flexible set ups while the foldable wall also doubles as a whiteboard.

Lego Lab
The LEGO® Lab provides brick sets for robotics, computer science, architecture or engineering teaching. It can be booked by staff and students for designated activities, projects, events and workshops and for those who want to explore the benefits of LEGO® pedagogy.
XR Studio
Our XR Studio allows learners to design, produce and immerse themselves into augmented, virtual and mixed reality content.
Equipment available includes Workstations, HTC VIVE, HTC VIVE Pro2, Oculus Quest and a 360 camera.
