1. In-person registration
New students must download the In-person registration form from Application Hub from 1 September and bring the unconditional offer, and personal ID together for registration. The arrangement for in-person registration are as follows:
Date and Time:
• 8:00-17:00, 13 September 2025 & 8:00-17:00, 14 September 2025
Venue:
• Connecting Atrium, 1st floor of Building 12, Student Residence
Registration Procedures:
1. Check tuition payment status and personal ID
2. Collect student ID and student booklet
3. Check passport and visa document
4. Collect the welcome package and complete in-person registration
5. Photo-taking
6. Police Registration Form
