1. In-person registration
New students must download the In-person registration form from Application Hub from 1 September 2026 and bring the unconditional offer, and personal ID together for registration. The arrangement for in-person registration are as follows:

• 9:00-17:00, 19-20 September 2026
Venue:
• Room 01, LA-Hotel (on campus)
Registration Procedures:
1) Check tuition payment status, personal ID and offer letter
2) Collect student ID and student booklet
3) Check passport and visa/travel permit
4) Photo taking
5) Police Registration Form
