1. Online Registration

Students will have to complete the online registration between 11 August and 3 September 2026 or will not be able to access any campus facilities or services. There are two steps for Online Registration.

Step 1 Activate your IT account

• Your IT account will be necessary to access campus email. University email is an important tool for daily communication with departments and faculties.

• Website: https://itaccounts.nottingham.ac.uk

• Student will use student ID number and name to activate IT account.

• If you have any inquiries about the account activation, please email itservicedesk@nottingham.edu.cn.

Step 2 Register on NottinghamHub

• New students will receive an invitation to register online via the university email address.

• Please log in to NottinghamHub with your IT Account username and password to complete the online registration.

 • If you have any inquiries about NottinghamHub registration, please email Academic-Service-Office@nottingham.edu.cn.

2. Personal Information Registration

• New students must complete personal information registration on the Application Hub between 11 August and 3 September 2026. This is to ensure the in-person registration form can be downloaded and printed.

• Please log in to Application Hub with your IT Account username and password. Please make sure you activate your IT account as required. Please select the " UNNC account (Single sign-on)" channel when logging in.

• If you have any inquiries about personal information registration in Application Hub, please email NewStudentWelcome@nottingham.edu.cn

3. Online Dorm Selection

Step 1: Complete tuition Fee payment

• New students must pay their tuition fees before selecting a dorm online.

Step 2: Select a dorm room online

• Students who have completed the previous steps will be able to select a dorm between 10:00 on 18 August and 16:00 on 19 August 2026 (Beijing Time).

• Accommodation fee payment

Once an application is submitted, new students must make a full payment of a year's accommodation fee in advance to secure a room on campus.
