Since 2021, the Base has hosted more than ten high-standard international exchange activities, including the Forum on Human Resource Management of Multinational Enterprises, the Forum on Glocal Talent Cultivation in the New Era, the Seminar on Local International Talent Research of Universities, and the International Summit on the Status Quo, Challenges and Prospects of Local Cultural Integration Education. It has established stable cooperative relationships with government departments and benchmark enterprises in Ningbo, including Beilun District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Haitian Plastic Machinery Group, Gi Group, Loctek Group, Joyson Hero, Fotile Kitchenware and Mobi Garden. 2. Professor Anwei Feng, a core member of the Base and a leading expert in cross-cultural studies and international higher education, has led his team to launch the Hello, Ningbo project. Through all-round local cultural learning and on-site investigation experiences for international talents, the project strengthens the in-depth connection between international talents and local communities. Monograph Study on the Practical Education Model of Sino-foreign Cooperative University Students by Dr Hongbo Dong, member of the Base, was published in July 2024, providing practical guidance for international talent cultivation in universities. 3. Professors Jie Wang (Base Director), Yanjun Guan (Chief Expert) and Hong Deng have published papers on organisational management and applied psychology in world-leading management and psychology journals, including Human Relations, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Business and Psychology, and Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology. The expert team has completed two academic monographs since 2021: Global and Local Talent Cultivation and International Higher Education by Professor Anwei Feng, and Study on the Practical Education Model of Sino-foreign Cooperative University Students: Exploration and Practice of the University of Nottingham Ningbo China by Party Secretary Hongbo Dong.
