Earth Hour 2021 in UNNC
Earth Hour is a worldwide movement held annually to encourage individuals, communities, and businesses to turn off their lights for an hour on a specific day towards the end of March, as a symbol of commitment to and a show of support for our planet. This year on Saturday 27th March, at 20:30, UNNC joined millions of people across the world to make an impact and raise our awareness towards the loss of nature and the climate crisis.
Students and staff are also invited to join in taking part in this global movement. Is it encouraged that all could turn-off the lights in the dorm/apartment for one hour, to promote a greener campus.
