Faculty Management Board is the chief decision-making and management body within the Faculty, which is established to oversee the development and implementation of the University's strategy within the Faculty. The Board shapes the Faculty’s contribution to University-wide initiatives and provides a consultative forum within the Faculty where representatives of its staff provide advice to the wider Board on matters related to Faculty performance. The Board also advises on strategic and operational issues as they arise, and serves as a communication channel between the Faculty and University-level governance bodies.
