SEED Consulting includes 6 NAA modules, focusing on enhancing key competencies, employability, and personal development that are highly valued by employers. The programme provides opportunities to collaborate with academics, professional services, and employers, offering learning beyond traditional academics.

NAA1418 X-Culture Programme

The X-Culture Programme is a large-scale international experiential learning project that involves thousands of business students from 100 universities and 40 countries every semester. The Business School provides students at UNNC with a platform to participate in this project. Once enrolled, students will be placed in a global virtual team, presented with an international business challenge, and have about two months to develop a solution for a particular company.

NAA1268 Global Mentorship Programme

The Global Mentorship Programme, jointly developed by the Business School's faculty members, industry experts, and alumni, fosters a secure and supportive learning environment that encourages students to engage in meaningful dialogues with mentors who have extensive industry experience. These experiences significantly contribute to the student's professional development and growth, enabling them to broaden their business acumen and enhance their hands-on experience.

NAA1791 Unlocking Your CEO Potential: Harnessing Management Theory for Personal Growth

The module aims at helping UG students who usually do not have any business or management experience to better understand management theories by linking the theories to personal life management and guiding students to apply management theories to examine their own natural endowment, external environment, and goal setting in life and thereby make better plans and decisions for career development in the future.  This module also aims to help UG students reduce the great confusion in life and peer pressure in study, by developing clearer view about who they are, what they have, and who they know, and establishing personalised career goals and development plans.

NAA1417 NUBS China Consulting Programme

The NUBS China Consulting Programme (NCC) is a competitive programme that enables students to engage with organisations to build their employability skills and real-world experience over an academic year. Our clients may be entrepreneurial organisations developing innovative solutions to society's needs or established businesses seeking new opportunities. So far, NCC has worked with over 80 clients – including government, charities, and companies. NCC's projects may be China-focused or international in scope. The programme aims to connect the talents and skills of the UNNC community with organisations that foster economic growth and social impact.

NAA1744 Digital Transformation Consulting Programme

The Digital Transformation Consulting Programme provides an exciting opportunity for those who want to get advanced hands-on experience in consulting. Students will be asked to work in groups on real consulting projects with our industrial partners from Amazon Global Selling (Ningbo) and third-party clients selling via the Amazon Global Selling platform. Academic tutors will support the project throughout the module to provide advice and expert opinions.

NAA1276 International Entrepreneurial Planning

The International Entrepreneurial Planning (IEP) module helps students to develop the necessary skills not only to become entrepreneurs but to become more entrepreneurial when working in organisations. This module provides students with the opportunities to extend themselves beyond the classroom, to gain a better understanding of real business and to develop key competencies of planning and operating business that are necessary to manage their careers. It aims to enhance students' employability by providing training and on-campus/on-site collaborations with external companies so that students have better opportunities to be selected for companies' positions. This year IEP will work with L'Oréal to support students to participate in the L'Oréal Brandstorm Competition 2025.
