International residence buildings
11# and 12#B are international residence buildings. All rooms in building 11 and 12#B are fully furnished and equipped with a private shower room and a toilet. All rooms are for single occupancy.
Accommodation fees
11# Accommodation:
- 20,000 RMB per academic year or 10,000 RMB per semester (for students enrolled from September 2025)
12#B Accommodation:
- 16,000 RMB per academic year or 8,000 RMB per semester (for students enrolled from September 2025)
What does my accommodation fee include?
- Exclusive occupation of a single room for the duration of the fixed term.
- Use of all the facilities in your residence and use of shared facilities where these are indicated below.
- Internet costs, limited amount of water and electricity allowance.
- Twice a month free of charge room cleaning.

One common laundry room on the first floor of residence hall, drying machine 5RMB/35 minutes, washing machine 5RMB/30 minutes.
