Dr Deng Wu’s research focuses on sustainable architecture. He co-published a monograph with Professor Ali Cheshmehzangi, entitled “Eco-development in China: cities, communities and buildings”. The book offers a comprehensive introduction to eco-development in China, and proposes policy advice to combine the co-effect of the sustainability effort at the city, community and building levels. The book was granted the China New Development Award by Springer Nature.
