On 17 August 2019, Dr Derek Irwin, Head of the School of Education and English was invited to give a public lecture at Ningbo Library. The talk was about ‘How to develop higher order thinking skills via Drama’, attracting a large audience both in the auditorium and via live online streaming. As a result of Dr Irwin’s talk colleagues at Ningbo Library have expressed their willingness for long-term collaboration with UNNC.
