Before you join us for one final celebration, there are a few things you must do to prepare for your graduation ceremony.

How to register

Registration is now open, please click here and complete your registration by Sunday 1 November 2026.

You will have two options to choose from:

Attend your graduation ceremony - come and celebrate with us!
Graduate in absentia - if you decide not to attend the ceremony, you will graduate in absentia and there are alternative ways for you to receive your degree certificate and diploma documents.

Please register, even if you will not attend the ceremony in person, as on the registration form you will find alternative options to receive your degree certificate.

Please note that it is not possible under any circumstances to receive your certificate prior to the graduation ceremony.

Guest tickets

As part of registration, you are able to select up to two free guest tickets for loved ones to attend and celebrate with you.

Given the large number of graduates expected to attend, we are unable to accept advance requests for extra guest tickets. However, graduates are welcome to check with the registration desk on the day of the ceremony to see whether any guest tickets become available.If no additional guest tickets are available, guests can watch the livestream of the ceremony in DB A05.

Guest tickets are not numbered, and guests can take any vacant seats in the guest seating area in the Auditorium. Please note that graduation ceremonies are not suitable for babies or children under five years old. If necessary, our staff may advise your guests to escort children to the Auditorium Lobby during the ceremony.
