Before you join us for one final celebration, there are a few things you must do to prepare for your graduation ceremony.

How to register

Registration is now open for registration until Sunday 2 November 2025.

You will have two options to choose from:

Attend your graduation ceremony - come and celebrate with us!
Graduate in absentia - if you decide not to attend the ceremony, you will graduate in absentia and there are alternative ways for you to receive your degree certificate and diploma documents.

Please register, even if you will not attend the ceremony in person, as on the registration form you will find alternative options to receive your degree certificate.

Please note that it is not possible under any circumstances to receive your certificate prior to the graduation ceremony.

Guest tickets

As part of registration, you are able to select up to two free guest tickets for loved ones to attend and celebrate with you.

Extra tickets may become available for application on 3 November 2025. Please complete this form on that date to enquire about availability—tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be notified of the outcome of your application via email by 12 November.

Guest tickets are not numbered and guests can take any vacant seat in the guest seating area in the Auditorium. Please note that graduation ceremonies are not suitable for babies or children under five years old. If necessary our staff may advise your guest to escort children to the Auditorium Lobby during the ceremony.
