Biography

Dr. Rachel Hu obtains her PhD degree at Nottingham University Business School (NUBS) and has an MSc degree in Corporate Communication from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a BA degree in International Relations and Economics from Syracuse University in the United States. 

Before furthering her PhD study, she worked at NUBS as an assistant research fellow. Her research focuses on digital platforms, particularly on technology implementation in platform. Findings from her study have been published in peer-reviewed journals, including Information & Management (ABS3). She has also served as a reviewer for journals including Information and Management, Information System Journal, etc.
