I hope that through this easy-to-understand popular science video, more people can understand and pay attention to the epidemic, and will face the epidemic with a more scientific and cautious attitude. This is the battle of all mankind, and we shall all wear armor. We all have to do our part for a better world.
With the outbreak of the COVID-19, as a PhD researcher, I began to think about what I could do in this fight against the epidemic.
I was shocked by the fast spread of the virus, and I was deeply touched by the dedication of the medical staff and others who work in the frontline.
I also want to contribute my effort to the University and even the world by using my skills. At the end, I decided to make a popular science video about how to prevent epidemic scientifically, by combining my knowledge and video editing skills.
I hope that through this easy-to-understand popular science video, more people can understand and pay attention to the epidemic, and will face the epidemic with a more scientific and cautious attitude.
This is the battle of all mankind, and we shall all wear armor.
We all have to do our part for a better world.
Tips for studying at home
It is hard to be efficient at home during the epidemic period, I have some tips to share with you:
Dress as you were at work/at University, to help you turn to the working mode quickly.
In the day-time it is better to arrange the input work such as online training, reading literature to improve efficiency and to do output work at night e.g. writing a summary, writing thesis to have self-fullfillment.
Put your phone aside. Cut off your social network while you are studying (you can check your phone once an hour) to help yourself focus on the work.
Set deadlines and prizes to give yourself some motivation.
