PGR Health Lab | Baduanjin Weekly Practice

UNNC GS launches the Weekly Baduanjin Practice to help you balance your research life. Baduanjin is a traditional Chinese wellness practice featuring gentle movements and coordinated breathing, suitable for all fitness levels.
For the first 2 sessions of our Baduanjin practice, we have invited an instructor to teach you the complete Baduanjin sequence. Here is the schedule for the first two sessions. We welcome everyone to join for consistent practices ahead:
Schedule
• 1st session:
Friday, 10 October, 13:30–14:30
• 2nd session:
Monday, 13 October, 13:30–14:30
Regular practice sessions will continue every Monday and Friday from 13:30 to 14:30 this term for ongoing participation.
Location
• Room 133, Trent Building
This is a long-term activity, with weekly Baduanjin practice sessions available until January 2026. You are welcome to join flexibly based on your personal schedule. Scan the QR code below to register and receive reminders and more information!
In addition, we have prepared special prizes for students who consistently participate in the Baduanjin practice:
• Perseverance Award: Complete at least 6 sessions with sign-in records to receive this award.
• "Health Star" Award: Selected by our instructor for demonstrating the best movements, this award includes a certificate and a special gift from the Graduate School.
• Social Media Engagement Award: Given to the participant whose practice video receives the most likes on social media, along with a UNNC exclusive gift.
