Advice for Late Arrivals

You can find the term start date and last date for registration on your offer letter. Late arrival is not advised and will be detrimental to your studies. You need to seek authority from the University to arrive late by sending an email to international@nottingham.edu.cn.

Airport Pickup

We recommend that students book a flight directly to Ningbo by transferring via HK, Guangzhou or Beijing. It will then take 25 minutes transferring from Ningbo airport to the campus.

Free airport pick-up services will be arranged both from Hangzhou International Airport and Shanghai Pudong Airport at the beginning of induction every year. Students need to book the pickup service in advance before the deadline via https://forms.office.com/r/6PH0x7D961  Any further enquiry about airport pick up service please email to intl.inductionprogramme@nottingham.edu.cn
