To make your journey and arrival as smooth as possible, we've put together some essential advice in “A guide for new international students” as well as highlighted our services that are available to you.

Advice for Late Arrivals
You can find the term start date and last date for registration on your offer letter. Late arrival is not advised and will be detrimental to your studies. You need to seek authority from the University to arrive late by sending an email to international@nottingham.edu.cn.
Airport Pickup
We recommend that students book a flight directly to Ningbo by transferring via HK, Guangzhou or Beijing. It will then take 25 minutes transferring from Ningbo airport to the campus.
Free airport pick-up services will be arranged both from Hangzhou International Airport and Shanghai Pudong Airport at the beginning of induction every year.
