The Writing Lab@UNNC
The Writing Lab@UNNC provides English-language and academic study support and guidance for all students Preliminary Year through Postgraduate. Through 1-1 advising, workshops, lectures, discussion groups, and bespoke modules, our experienced specialists help students improve as writers, speakers, listeners, readers and more.
Studying at UNNC is both fun and rewarding, but it can also be challenging. All students may find some aspects of studying here to be difficult, and it is a sign of self-awareness and strength to seek advice and support when you need it—and the Writing Lab can give that support.
Our advice is personalized and specific. We encourage students to become autonomous by reflecting on the challenges they face and taking appropriate steps to overcome them.
