Jiaosha Chen Research Title Entrepreneurial networking strategy and resource mobilization Research Areas My research interests focus on entrepreneurial ecosystem, entrepreneurial networking strategy and new ventures’ resource mobilization. Specifically, I investigate the effect of entrepreneurs’ networking actions on inter-firm partnerships. My research projects aim to contribute to strategy, social networks and entrepreneurship literatures by examining how new ventures mobilize resources through entrepreneurs’ personal networks at early stage.
