Programme Introduction

On October 23, CZBANK Ningbo Branch successfully held the training activity of "Condensing Green and Gathering Strength · Enabling to Move Forward" for young staff in UNNC. This event is jointly sponsored by the NUBS and the CZBANK Ningbo Branch. It aims to help young employees improve their comprehensive literacy and teamwork ability through school-bank collaboration and learning, and inject vigorous "youth momentum" into the enterprise.

Opening Ceremony:

At the opening ceremony, Professor Zhang Yulong, Vice President for Cooperation and Innovation of UNNC, made a speech on behalf of the university and welcomed the students to the campus of UNNC. He pointed out that the cooperation between the school and the bank is an important link between knowledge empowerment and practical innovation, and hoped that young employees could expand their horizons and learn nutrients in this research.

Subsequently, Mr. Lu Yuandan, secretary of the Party Committee and President of CZBANK Ningbo Branch, delivered a speech, saying that the young employees take this training as an opportunity to continue to learn, have the courage to make breakthroughs, and realize greater value in their posts.

Course Content:

The core course of this research, "Self-awareness and Work Cooperation", was carefully designed by the senior faculty team of NUBS. Dr. Feng Xuan, associate professor of Human Resource Management and organizational behavior, gave the lecture. The course closely focuses on the characteristics of the financial industry and the pain points of young employees. In the mode of "theory + practice", it guides students to deeply explore their own personality traits and career value orientation -- from identifying their own communication style, setting career plans that are aligned with organizational goals, to mastering intergenerational teamwork skills and mining the internal driving force of work. Each knowledge point focuses on "practical and theoretical" to help students better integrate into the team and improve efficiency in future work. The communication in the class deepened the young employees' understanding of the relationship between "self and team" and laid a solid foundation for future career development.

Extracurricular Activities: 

In addition to the course, the immersive exploration of UNNC has also become the highlight of the research. During the tour, students walked into the University History Museum, traced the globalization development of UNNC, and felt the unique charm of the integration of Chinese and foreign education. These immersive experiences, cultural infiltration, and knowledge exchange interweave, so that the meaning of learning extends at every step.

In the stadium of the UNNC, the ice-breaking activity was carried out in the form of collaborative challenges and fun interactions. Young employees work side by side, encourage each other, break through themselves, and enhance understanding in team collaboration. This dynamic team-building activity has injected the strength of unity and progress for young employees. This spirit of "trust in interaction and win together in cooperation" is an important cornerstone of team collaboration in future financial work.
