Programme Introduction
On October 23, CZBANK Ningbo Branch successfully held the training activity of "Condensing Green and Gathering Strength · Enabling to Move Forward" for young staff in UNNC. This event is jointly sponsored by the NUBS and the CZBANK Ningbo Branch. It aims to help young employees improve their comprehensive literacy and teamwork ability through school-bank collaboration and learning, and inject vigorous "youth momentum" into the enterprise.
Opening Ceremony:
At the opening ceremony, Professor Zhang Yulong, Vice President for Cooperation and Innovation of UNNC, made a speech on behalf of the university and welcomed the students to the campus of UNNC. He pointed out that the cooperation between the school and the bank is an important link between knowledge empowerment and practical innovation, and hoped that young employees could expand their horizons and learn nutrients in this research.

Course Content:
The core course of this research, "Self-awareness and Work Cooperation", was carefully designed by the senior faculty team of NUBS. Dr. Feng Xuan, associate professor of Human Resource Management and organizational behavior, gave the lecture. The course closely focuses on the characteristics of the financial industry and the pain points of young employees. In the mode of "theory + practice", it guides students to deeply explore their own personality traits and career value orientation -- from identifying their own communication style, setting career plans that are aligned with organizational goals, to mastering intergenerational teamwork skills and mining the internal driving force of work. Each knowledge point focuses on "practical and theoretical" to help students better integrate into the team and improve efficiency in future work. The communication in the class deepened the young employees' understanding of the relationship between "self and team" and laid a solid foundation for future career development.
Extracurricular Activities:
