Li Dak Sum Incubator's new campus isn't just a new office, it's a strategic gateway. Located in the heart of Yinzhou District, Ningbo, our 9,800m² innovation hub is designed to help international and deep-tech ventures land, validate, and scale in China's most dynamic economic region.

The incubator is built for Innovators, by Innovators. Our new 9,800m² facility across 6 floors, providing you all you need.
First floor
Reception & exhibition hall: UNNC International Proof-of-Concept Centre exhibition hall, 5.2m wide LED screen, interactive zones, "Future Industry Corridor".
Second floor
Future International Proof-of-Concept Centre: Green Energy, Advanced Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Digital Economy.
Third & fourth floors
Core incubation space: independent offices (3-20 people), co-working desks, 2 smart meeting rooms (1 large, 1 small), 150-person roadshow hall.
Fifth floor
NNTC core incubation space: dedicated space for UNNC spin-outs and deep-tech ventures, close integration with university research and faculty expertise.
Sixth floor
Reserved for future growth.
