21 Days: 2 Be Better 1s Challenge encourages staff and students to “take small steps, make big changes”. The challenge focuses on areas such as diet, exercise, sleep, self-image and mental wellbe ing. Over the course of 21 days, participants are encouraged to take small actions to rebalance their bodies and minds.
