Estates Office operations is responsible for E&M devices management, which includes devices inspection, maintenance, repair, and devices replacement or upgrading. Professional contractors are employed to provide strict and professional inspection, disinfection, and maintenance regularly.

Estates Office operations also provides project management services for small projects which are typically less than ¥200k in value. These services usually include refurbishment, fit outs, re-configuration of space, small extensions, and so on.
