To date, UNNC has formed partnerships with world-leading professional accounting firms, including KPMG, PwC and BDO, to provide high-quality internships and employment opportunities to UNNC students and increase their career competitiveness.

Under the agreement, Moore Da Hua Shanghai will provide paid internships positions to both first and second-year masters students of Finance and Investment (Professional Accounting). Moore Da Hua Shanghai will arrange certified accountants to guide interns during their internship to help students improve their professional skills and theoretical understanding of the industry.

The signing ceremony was presided over by Dr Huimin Song, Programme Director of MSc Finance and Investment (Professional Accounting) at Nottingham University Business School China (NUBS China). Professor Martin Lockett, Dean of NUBS China, welcomed the guests and introduced UNNC and NUBS China.

Ms Jenny Ma, Managing Partner – Moore Da Hua Shanghai, thanked UNNC for providing an excellent platform for cooperation. She said, "UNNC students have a good reputation for their global vision and professionalism, and the finance and accounting programmes at UNNC have cultivated many high-quality talents. The partners and managers of Da Hua Shanghai have rich auditing experience. They will make the students' internship in Shanghai rewarding and unforgettable. We hope all the students can learn something. For instance, you will feel that the terminologies, such as mergers and acquisitions/restructuring/IPO, will not be abstract anymore. We hope that through our joint efforts, we will prepare students for their future studies or careers so that everyone can better-set sail for life."

Ji Pengju, a new student on the programme, expressed his gratitude for the collaboration between UNNC and Moore Da Hua Shanghai. He stated that students would cherish the opportunity, stay humble to learn more and contribute more during the internship.

Professor Martin Lockett and Ms Jenny Ma then signed the contract. Dr K. Cohen Tan, Interim Vice Provost for Teaching and Learning, and Mr Liang Chun, Chief Partner Moore Da Hua China, unveiled the plaque for the "MSc Finance and Investment (Professional Accounting) Internship Collaboration".
