Global Mentorship Programme

Inspired by the mission of promoting students' personal, professional and social success, the Global Mentorship Programme (in short 'GMP') builds an open, responsive and globally connected network linking talented and motivated students with world-class industry leaders and experienced GMP alumni around the world.

The GMP Philosophy

GMP adopts a student-directed, mentor-supported, academic-facilitated, and research-enforced experiential learning approach. It develops students through a dual-mentoring system and brings theory and practice together into the programme design and evaluation. The strengthened “industry-education-research” collaboration has greatly supported students’ holistic development in a changing global environment.
