From August 15 to September 1, the 2024 new employee growth programme of Agricultural Bank of China Ningbo Branch was successfully concluded at UNNC. A total of nearly 160 new employees actively participated in this growth programme, which not only deepened their understanding of the financial industry, but also focused on improving their professional quality and comprehensive ability, and injected fresh vitality and strong impetus into the development of Agricultural Bank of China. Following the first successful training of new employees in 2023, UNNC and Agricultural Bank of China Ningbo Branch also launched a young talent training course in May this year. The successful holding of the "Qingsui growth programme" is another strong alliance between the two sides, and jointly builds a solid support platform for the growth and development of new employees. On August 16, the opening ceremony of 2024 new staff training of Agricultural Bank of China Ningbo Branch was held in the new lecture hall of UNNC. The ceremony brought together senior leaders and all the new employees on both sides, opened up a remarkable career journey together.
Professor Shen Weiqi, Secretary of the Party Committee of UNNC, took the lead in expressing his sincere welcome speech. He spoke highly of the far-reaching significance of the cooperation between the two parties and expressed his warm welcome and best wishes to the new employees. Subsequently, Professor Bi Xiaogang, Secretary of the Party Committee, Associate Professor of Finance and Director of Knowledge Exchange Affairs of UNNC Business School (China), also delivered a speech, stressing the far-reaching impact of this training on the career development of new employees and placing high expectations on it. Mr. Zhang Jian, member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Agricultural Bank of China Ningbo Branch, delivered the opening speech.
