Recently, a paper written by Dr Juan Wang and her PhD student Dr Xiaojun Tang was awarded the second prize of 2022 Excellent Paper Award of Ningbo Geotechnical Engineering Association. Only 3 papers were awarded this prize this year. The paper is entitled ‘A general shakedown approach for geo-structures under cyclic loading using ABAQUS/Python’. And it was published in Acta Geotechnica in 2022 (Top 7%, CAS Q1), which is one of most prestigious journals in the field of geotechnical engineering.
