Professor Peter Hofman’s research focuses on sustainable innovation and corporate social responsibility. His work helps firms tackle various challenges during the transformation into sustainable and socially responsible businesses.
One of his research interests is the links between corporate social responsibility and human resource management (HRM). His research has identified drivers for socially responsible HRM and potential benefits that encourage firms to treat their employees responsibly.
As a special policy study member, Professor Hofman contributed to the China Council for International Cooperation on Environment and Development (CCICED). His research provides input to policy advice on China’s green development.
