个人简介

Jason Bennett Thatcher博士现任科罗拉多大学博尔德分校利兹商学院Tandean Rustandy讲席教授,同时担任曼彻斯特大学联盟曼彻斯特商学院管理科学全职教授及诺丁汉大学荣誉教授。其学术网络覆盖欧亚大陆,曾于哥本哈根信息技术大学、慕尼黑工业大学、奥格斯堡大学及香港理工大学担任客座教职。

他的研究领域聚焦组织信息技术效能的三重维度:

  1. ​个体决策机制:探索数字化工具对员工认知与行为的影响,延伸至技术压力的构效关系研究5;
  2. ​战略协同路径:分析企业数字化转型中技术部署与商业目标的动态匹配模型;
  3. ​数字劳动力管理:近年重点研究网络安全行为、社交媒体组织传播及数字高管团队治理。
