在英国诺丁汉大学完成博士学位后，Lee博士于2020年加入宁波诺丁汉大学教育与英语语言文学系。她曾在英国的学术英语项目中担任管理职务，并在中国、英国、马来西亚和澳大利亚进行教学和工作。

I teach on MA TESOL in various modules and have delivered sessions for MA IHE.

My broad research interests cover higher education, English medium instruction, English for academic purposes, academic literacies, translanguaging as a pedagogy, graduate/student identity, student experiences, student transition to/from higher education and graduate employability.
