On 4th April 2018, the final year undergraduate students and staff from the Department of Civil Engineering visited the construction site of Yinxian Road Underground Station of Line 4. The team was warmly welcomed by the construction company. The chief engineers led a tour on the construction site and then gave a presentation about the structure and construction procedure of the underground station. This site visit forms part of the final year module Geotechnics 3. It aims to help the students to gain practical experience and to expand their knowledge.
