On July 15, 2025, our centre invited Mr Xin JIANG—expert at Expert Committee of Ningbo Intelligent Manufacturing Association to conduct a hands-on workshop for the summer project cohort. The training covered the context and urgency of dual-carbon goals, systematically interpreted core concepts and accounting frameworks, and emphasised practical quantification methods including emission-factor and mass-balance approaches. Through a real-life case study, students are able to practice full-process carbon accounting, strengthening operational skills for fieldwork and final reporting.
