About the speakers
Brian Robinson
Former Senior Director of Partnerships Analytics of Meta, Angel Investor, Author of Project Boing;)
Mr Brian Robinson has worked in Silicon Valley for more than thirty years at Meta, Yahoo!, Microsoft, and various startups. Most recently he was the Senior Director of Partnerships Analytics at Meta for nine years. His team conducted all analytics for Meta's $3B annual investment in licensing music, news, sports, entertainment, and influencer content for Instagram and Facebook. He is the author of Project Boing;), a satirical novel about the tech industry. He received a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of California, Davis and a master's degree in playwriting from Yale University. He lives in San Francisco, and he's currently investing and consulting.
Daisy Qiu
Founder & CEO of 睿问ShePower, Founder of Talent Lead Human Resources Co., Ltd, Former President of University of Southern California Alumni Club of Shanghai
As a second-time entrepreneur, Ms Daisy Qiu founded 睿问ShePower in 2015, currently China's most well-known professional women education platform. Daisy was awarded as the most influential person in 2018 at the 7th China Finance Summit. As a disruptor in online education and advocate for DEI, Daisy is frequently invited to speak to organizations such as Harvard Center (Shanghai), IKEA, PepsiCo, Bosch, and L'Oreal.
Daisy holds an EMBA degree from Marshall Business School of the University of Southern California and a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. She first start-up founded Talent Lead with only 5 months prior industry experience, currently with successful operations as a top recruiting partner for many MNCs.
