On the Postgraduate Graduation Ceremony, Mr Faen Zhang, the CTO of AInnovation was appointed as the honorary professor in the University of Nottingham Ningbo China.
Mr Faen Zhang is the CTO and co-founder of AInnovation also the Chief architect of Sinovation Ventures AI Institute. He has more than 10 years’ experience with Internet search engines, knowledge maps, Big Data storage and analysis, machine learning, deep learning, and product R&D. Holds 10+ US and 30+ Chinese patents.
We launched the BSc Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence course in 2014. In addition to fundamental computer science classes and laboratories, the course covers topics including expert systems, intelligent agents, the history and philosophy of artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, neural networks, heuristic optimisation and other intelligent systems. At the end of your course, our students will graduate with general knowledge of computers and computer science and specialised knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of artificial intelligence.
University of Nottingham and AInnovation are agreed to sign a strategic collaboration agreement, to build a AI Innovation Lab (AInno Lab) and joint Doctoral Training programme. In the nearly future, we will boost the Artificial Intelligence innovation development and focus on the cutting-edge research area like intelligent computing, computer vision, machine learning, mega data mining, software engineering and etcetera and its application in the intelligent manufacturing, retail, transportation and logistics.
