Mr. Yang Zhong, one of the first Finance, Accounting and Management graduates of Nottingham University Business School China (NUBS China) shared with us his growth mindset about ‘no comfort zone in our lives’.

Instead of emphasizing personal strengths and weaknesses, he thinks it is better to develop at our own pace. In this respect, he suggest finding a role model and emulating him/her with actively and confidentially changing. As for work, he describes the trust industry he is working in as an emerging industry with Chinese characteristics which serves as a bridge between investors and financiers with managing money for investors and assisting borrowers to raise money. He believes for people who are interested in finance, this is an excellent platform to grow since not only can practitioners understand various financing and investment channels but exercise their abilities in managing projects and communicating with clients. Although the trust industry is shrinking because of the government's regulations, Yang said, given its irreplaceable position in China's financial system, it will have an even broader prospect for development. We believe that Yang Zhong can constantly make progress at his steady pace. Best wishes to him!
